In the third, Pantoja put in what turned out to be the game winning goal at 3:21 with assists from his linemates, Stewart and Meyer. Dahlberg deposited a goal at 12:22 with helpers from Doner and Berezinski .
Yellowstone’s victory was in no doubt helped out by Ottenbacher’s big night as he stopped 31 of the 33 shots he faced. On the other hand, Ottenbacher’s counterpart, Scites, and North Iowa’s defense did not have such a great night allowing 4 goals in 25 shots.
This win brings the Yellowstone Quake’s record to (46-5-0-3)
