Riley Buller chipped in with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist) and Nolan Willoughby delivered for his team with 2 assists.
During the first period, Buller opened the scoring for the Quake with a goal at 19:21 with helpers from teammates Schuldt and Dumont.
In the second, Flanagan answered for Binghamton with a goal at 4:49 with a helper from fellow Junior Senators forward Reifler. Sievek answered for Yellowstone with a goal at 10:22 with assists from Willoughby and Johnson. Ford deposited a goal at 16:27 with helpers from his linemates, Moore and Willoughby.
In the third period, Beversdorf answered for Binghamton with a goal at 4:18 with assists from Beversdorf and Gresham. Padgeon put in a goal at 7:51 with a helper from defenseman Lamorre. Doner answered for Yellowstone with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 14:40 with assists from his linemates, Buller and Stewart.
The Quake’s victory was in no doubt helped out by Waszczenko’s big night as he stopped 35 of the 38 shots he faced. Waszczenko’s counterpart, Anderson, also had a big night, managing to stop 26 of 30, but ultimately fell short.
This win brings the Yellowstone Quake’s record to (5-0-0-0).
