Huge game by Garton boosts Great Falls over Yellowstone, 7-4

 

The Great Falls Americans' Dylan Garton had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing three assists in his team's 7-4 win over the Yellowstone Quake.

Garton found the back of the net short handed 2:23 into the first period to make the score 1-0 xGreat Falls and again while 19:05 into the third to make the score 7-4 xGreat Falls.

 

xGreat Falls forced Yellowstone goalie Rocco Yapello to work between the pipes, taking 38 shots. The Americans surpassed their usual scoring output this season. This season, xGreat Falls averages 4.5 goals per contest.

xGreat Falls additionally got points from Johnathan Carpenter, who also grabbed one goal and one assist and Steven Butts, who also tallied one goal and one assist.
